In 2023, the Brighter Way Parsons Center for Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics provided 51,596 oral health services to 5,584 low-income and under-served children. Over 60% of children served were uninsured and they have the most chronic dental disease in our community. Brighter Way Parsons Dental Center addresses all unique challenges relative to more complex, specialized care - including the need for advanced procedures, conscious sedation, and general anesthesia. In February 2024, The Board of Visitors has very generously made a donation to provide oral health services to our uninsured young patients through a gift of $60,000.
